Randstad recently sat down with thirteen Fortune 500 human resources leaders to understand their perspectives on the changing talent landscape and the strategies they are putting in place to meet talent objectives. Participating executives came from the manufacturing, telecom, financial services, energy, CPG, retail, professional services and technology sectors.
